Let’s Talk!-3/29/13

Welcome to the Let’s Talk weekly discussion meme!

Originally hosted by Melissa from i swim for oceans, Smash & Kt took her original inspiration, and made it their own, expanding it to more than just books. Let’s get personal (but respectfully so) and learn more about one another!  Each week, a different question will be posted along with a place to link up your posts and visit other people’s responses. This meme is definitely meant to bring out conversation and meet new people. So, Let’s Talk!

Q:  Does your family approve of blogging and reading so much? How do you compromise when they object?

A: My mom and fiance don’t really have a problem with me reading at all, they usually encourage it. I don’t spend my entire evening and weekend reading, but when I do they’re usually doing other things at the same time and we still chat during it. I also tend to read during my lunch break and on the way to work when I do happen to take the bus, so that way I make sure to spend more time with them afterwards.

What does your family think?

  1. My family or hubby are definitely not as bookish as I am but they certainly don’t object to my blogging either. I think my mom things I read 24/7 because I read a lot faster than here (though still suuuper slow compared to some other bloggers o.O)

Like you mentioned, my hubby doesn’t mind at all either cause you’re right, he can read too or whatever for a bit and then we can spend the rest of the evening together 🙂

I love comments! Feel free to leave one, and if it doesn't show up right away don't worry, I just have to approve it.
